All engagements begin by defining what success looks and feels like for you, and your company. We use a proven method to gain clarity on what is really important to you, with the outcome being a unique and measurable definition of success.
Next, we build discrete goals for the company that track to your definition of success. These goals are documented and shared with stakeholders, and serve as guide-posts for the engagement.
Your engagement will be plotted against a list of activities, deliverables, and milestones; the execution of which will lead to goal achievement. These activities serve as the roadmap for the project.
Open Eye will get to work tackling the items on the roadmap. Acting as an extension
of your company, your Open Eye team not only brings their years of experience and outside perspective to the table, but also the bandwidth to execute what needs to be done to reach your goals.
We will keep open lines of communication, and have the flexibility to pivot, as your needs evolve. Engagements with Open Eye are a collaboration, and we provide custom levels of reporting and plenty of opportunities for feedback.
As each engagement comes to a close,
