Cherena creates diverse, inclusive and empowering programming for companies of all sizes . With a focus on startups she excels at working with founders to understand and and highlight their achievements and expertise. She enjoys using her project management skills to create targeted programming for startups to gain access to mentorships, communities, resources and education that prepares their businesses to scale. Cherena is also the co-founder and co-facilitate of The Elephant in the Room diversity and Inclusion workshops.
